Abdu'r-Rahman is a pari king, the son-in-law of another monarch, Abdu'l-Kadir. The Prophet Muhammad is said to have given these two pari's particular names when they became Muslims; 3,000 pari kings are subject to Abdu'r-Rahman, each of whom has an army that cannot be numbered.
